1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Vibalong, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use Vibalong.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for maintaining account security.
- You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
Account Termination
We may terminate accounts for:
- Authentication failures (more than 3 attempts)
- Receiving more than 10 valid reports
- Violations of these Terms
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Post abusive, sexual, or harmful content
- Upload photos of others without consent
- Harass, impersonate, or defraud users
- Use the app for illegal activities
- Attempt to bypass security
- Misuse the platform in any way
5. User-to-User Interactions
Vibalong allows messaging and social interactions. We do not supervise or monitor conversations.
Offline meetups are allowed but entirely at your own risk.
6. Location-Based Features
The app uses your location to show nearby users.
Note: We do not share your location with other users.
7. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display it within the app.
We may remove content that violates our policies.
8. Safety & Responsibility
Vibalong is a platform that facilitates connections, but users are responsible for:
- Their own safety during interactions
- Verifying the identity and intentions of other users
- Conducting themselves appropriately
- Reporting inappropriate behavior
Important Safety Guidelines:
- Always meet in public places
- Inform friends or family of your plans
- Trust your instincts
- Never share sensitive personal information
- Use the app's reporting features if needed
9. Limitation of Liability
Vibalong is not responsible for:
- User behavior
- Offline meetups
- Emotional, physical, or financial harm
- Misuse of the platform
- Content posted by users
You use the app at your own risk.
10. Reporting & Blocking
Users may report or block others. We review reports and take appropriate action.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
